Lizzie Roberts-Garth  (She/her/they), better known as @slaywithsparkle, is a disabled content creator, lived experience speaker, model and creative makeup artist. After life-changing diagnoses, medical trauma, and having to medically retire from teaching, she built an online community that celebrates creativity, resilience, and disability pride.

Through bold makeup looks, colourful fashion, and beautifully bedazzled mobility aids, Lizzie shares the realities of living with Crohn’s disease, HSD, POTS, and PTSD with honesty, humour, and hope. Her work encourages others to embrace themselves, challenge perceptions of disability, and find joy even in difficult circumstances.

Lizzie is always looking for new ways to find joy in her life as a disabled woman - including crawling up a mountain on her hands and knees to prove that adventure can look different for everyone. She uses her platform to inspire audiences to redefine what’s possible while also championing self-acceptance and the importance of being kind to oneself.
